 We're Hiring: Sales Manager – Final Mile Logistics 


Location: Kansas City | Full-Time | Department: Sales

We're a leading final mile logistics company with a growing footprint across the U.S., and we're looking for a Sales Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help us expand our network of shippers, retailers, and partners.

 What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities in final mile delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, shippers, and partners
  • Collaborating with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions
  • Managing your sales pipeline through CRM and providing accurate forecasts
  • Staying on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
  • Attending networking events and customer visits as needed
  • Supporting local campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales

 What You Bring:

  • Sales experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • CRM proficiency and an understanding of the full sales cycle
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and offer solutions
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
  • Great organization, follow-up, and time management skills

 Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Previous logistics sales experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to travel within your region for client meetings and prospecting
  • Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
