We're a leading final mile logistics company with a growing footprint across the U.S., and we're looking for a Sales Manager who's ready to roll up their sleeves and help us expand our network of shippers, retailers, and partners.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities in final mile delivery
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, shippers, and partners
- Collaborating with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions
- Managing your sales pipeline through CRM and providing accurate forecasts
- Staying on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Attending networking events and customer visits as needed
- Supporting local campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales
What You Bring:
- Sales experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- CRM proficiency and an understanding of the full sales cycle
- Ability to identify customer pain points and offer solutions
- High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Great organization, follow-up, and time management skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous logistics sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within your region for client meetings and prospecting
- Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
